When my Transmedia project, My Never-Ending Journey was chosen by my classmates to implement, I focused on the creative vision and editing while delegating aspects of the project to my 8 groupmates. In the final project, I was responsible for the Tumblr blog of the Greek god of the sea, which chronicles the god’s updated beef with Odysseus:
I also had the opportunity to write a blog post in the voice of Penelope, Odysseus’ long-suffering girlfriend and business partner in this retelling. Unraveling paid homage to the original Penelope’s wisdom and cunning, cutting through Odysseus’ antics to get straight to the heart of the matter. This helps demonstrate my proficiency in blog and short-form social media writing.
